[Urgent Notice] Abnormal Logout Issue During Gameplay

 Hello, Magicians.

We have identified an issue where accounts are logged out while playing the game, accompanied by the following message.

[Issue Details]
While playing the game or restarting, the message "This account was used on another device or has been deleted. Logging in as a guest." may appear, causing you to be logged out.

[How to Resolve]
1. Please force close the app and relaunch the game.
2. The tutorial will begin automatically.
3. After completing the tutorial, please log in again using your previously linked account
(Google/Apple).
4. Once logged in, your existing account data will be restored normally.

For Magicians who were using a guest account, please contact our in-game customer support and include the Member ID of your previous account in the ticket.

We will assist you with account recovery after verification.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
Additional updates will be provided once the issue has been resolved.
